Striking is comprised of boxing, Muay Thai, and MMA based striking techniques.  With the growing popularity of MMA, our striking program emphasizes heavily on the reality of what will work and what will not when an opponent is coming at you with different techniques.

Imperial Athletics will refine our student’s abilities by taking the latest and sharpest striking techniques from professional boxing and traditional Muay Thai with a backbone in hard work.
